Our Build Your Own Bar comes with your choice of hot dogs, hamburgers, bratwursts, veggie dogs, veggie burgers, or veggie bratwurst.
Each Build Your Own Bar comes with generously-sized fresh bakery buns and our Classic Toppings Packages which includes: 6 self-serve toppings & 2 condiments to create-your-own flavor combinations!

Info to Know
FOOD: Each Hot Dog Bar, Burger Bar, & Sausage Bar includes 6 toppings (shredded cheddar, relish, jalapenos, raw chopped onions, sauerkraut and pickles) and 2 condiments (ketchup and mustard). Each regular Chili Bar includes 5 toppings (shredded cheddar, jalapenos, raw chopped onions, sour cream and oyster crackers). The variety of toppings allow your guests to customize each meal! It's makes a perfect build-your-own hot dog, burger, sausage and chili bar! All hot items will come with chaffing dishes and serving utensils.
DELIVERY OR PICKUP: You can pick up your catering package from our restaurant or we can deliver. $150 order minimum for all delivery orders. (Ask for the man Steve himself for an additional fee!)
Casual Catering
Work with Steve's Hot Dogs to create a fun, festive vibe for your upcoming event or corporate lunch. Impress your guests by catering a Build-Your-Own Hot Dog or Burger Buffet complete with plus all the toppings. Add-on homestyle pans of mac and cheese, chili, baked beans, or potato salad to round off your meal. Ask us about adding individual cups of Fritz's Frozen Custard for dessert!
Sack Lunch Catering
One of our most popular lunch catering options is our sack lunch catering. Similar to lunch box catering, we offer a plain hot dog, burger or bratwurst plus condiments, chips, cookies, and a drink for a quick, easy, no-contact meal. This option is ideal for catered sporting event lunches or office lunch catering.
Catering Subscriptions
If your group orders catering regularly, ask to be put on our regular rotation. Weekly or monthly orders as part of our catering subscription program may be eligible for a discount!

While many orders are delivered by our awesome catering crew, you can choose to have Steve make an appearance at your next event! Ask us about upgrading to have Steve deliver your order.
