Celebrate Steve's Hot Dogs Grand Opening on South Grand September 24-26th!

Our long-awaited expanded location on South Grand will finally open on September 24th! We will celebrate our new chapter with a weekend-long celebration including the rollout of new permanent menu items and live music all three nights from 6 to 8 pm!

Stop by to check out the new space, which features a newly-added stage for live music and events - and an expanded patio that connects to beautiful Ritz Park! The new location is a reinvention of the old Mangia Italiano space - and will prominently feature the mural Mangia Evolutiano by famed St. Louis artist/wrestler Wayne St. Wayne.

Our Magnolia Avenue location will close its doors at 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 19th, marking the end of an era with our friends at Tick Tock Tavern. We will be closed as we move locations Monday through Thursday, opening our doors at 3145 South Grand on Friday, September 24th at 11:00 a.m.

The new location more than doubles our dining room space and kitchen space, and allows us to add a new bar, an expanded outdoor patio, and a small stage - where Steve and friends can play!

In 2014, we partnered with our friends at Tick Tock Tavern to provide the food solution for their new neighborhood bar in Tower Grove East. We launched the new location with a crowdfunding campaign that helped us secure the empty space and build it out for our new restaurant location. In 30 days, we raised $15,000 and launched an epic partnership that would last for more than 7 years.

Together with Tick Tock, we transformed an empty space into a warm and lively neighborhood gathering spot. We couldn't be more thankful for the way the Tower Grove East neighborhood embraced this partnership - making this expansion our logical next step. Their support of our little-restaurant-that-could at every step is the reason that we chose to remain in the same community - moving just a few blocks away.

As we look forward to what's next, we look back for a moment with thanks for all of the incredible memories created at the corner of Magnolia and Arkansas. Thank you, St. Louis.
