Over the past two weeks, fans have shown up in full force to vote for their favorites. In Week 1, Seattle edged out Denver with its bold, creamy flavor profile. Then in Week 2, Charlotte came out on top, knocking out the classic New York dog with its smoky, Southern charm. Now, it’s all come down to this: Seattle vs. Charlotte in the final showdown.
What makes this so exciting is that you’re not just voting for fun—you’re helping shape the future of our menu. The winning dog will become a full-time feature, thanks to your votes.
Let’s take a closer look at the two contenders.
The Seattle Dog features cream cheese, grilled onions, Seattle slaw, yellow mustard, and a sriracha drizzle. This combo might sound unconventional, but it’s a local favorite in Seattle, where the trend reportedly started in the 1980s with vendors using—you guessed it—a caulking gun to apply the cream cheese. The mix of tangy, spicy, creamy, and sweet flavors makes it an unexpected hit that people remember.
The Charlotte Dog is pure comfort food. It’s topped with chili, creamy slaw, diced onions, and smoked pepper mustard—a nod to the Carolina tradition of slaw dogs. This Southern staple has long roots in North Carolina, where the combination of chili and slaw creates a perfect balance of heat and cool, crunch and richness.
This is the final week to cast your vote. From March 31 through April 6, stop by to try both finalists and let your taste buds decide the winner. Voting is available both in-store and online. We’ll announce the champion on Monday, April 7.
