Squeeze The Day… and Help Us Help Hungry St. Louisans!

Squeezin’ Beans (our fictious new brand) was an idea that came out of a long night of… team building. 😉 Squeezable 👏 PORTABLE 👏 PROTEIN 👏 POWER 👏! Whoever came up with “Little Bit of Lima” was really feeling the team spirit that night.

We laughed so hard coming up with this brand that we HAD to go all the way… branding, taglines, everything… then came the idea to make this an April Fools Joke with a purpose… something to get your attention because the truth is, WE NEED YOUR HELP.

In 2020, we launched our Feed the People program providing meals for people in need in the St. Louis community and since that time, we have donated more than 7,754 meals (as of 12/31/24).

Since that time, donations have fallen off. People have forgotten and it’s harder and hard for us to answer the call and to say YES when asked for donations. Would you consider giving a gift so we can keep a good thing going?

“Last spring, my family was in major transition due to COVID. We'd lost our jobs and I was dealing with cancer. I reached out to Steve's when they offered up free meals. It was hard to swallow my pride, but it was absolutely necessary. They said yes with no questions asked. We picked up a family pack and our family ate for two days. A heartfelt homecooked meal meant so much in that moment.”
